Since 2019 Lanseria Ferals have assisted with numerous TNR projects. Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a safe, humane and the ONLY proven solution to manage feral cat populations. This process involves setting up feeding stations in the area and then humanely trapping (with proper equipment), sterilising (spay females and neuter males at a vet), deworming and vaccinating against rabies, ear tipping (to mark they are sterilised) and returning the cats to their outdoor home where they can live out their life. In the long term, TNR has proven to lower feral cat numbers more effectively. Euthanasia only aggravates the problem and actually produces worse results than doing nothing at all.

Our aim is to sterilise as many feral cats as possible through our TNR programme. This ensures that colonies do not breed out of control and that kittens are not born into a life of misery and suffering. Your support fuels our mission to sterilize, feed, foster, and provide medical care for feral and strays. With your help, we can continue our vital work in safeguarding these vulnerable animals.
